Harris Tay is a Senior Coach at Align Performance. He supports personal, professional and organizational development in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion, Compression Planning, Self Deception, and Cultural Competency. He is also a presenter and public speaker in these areas.
Harris has over seven years of extensive experience providing Soft Skill, Asset Based Community and Professional Development.
He is currently the Regional Director of Diversity Initiatives at The West Ohio Conference Center of the United Methodist Church with responsibility for Program & Grant management, Professional & Research Development and Strategic Planning. Harris is the administrator and liaison for Freedom School’s, All In Community Prison Reentry, HIV AIDS Healing Weekend and Holy Currencies Culture.
From 2011 to July 1, 2014, Harris served as Executive Director of Wesley Community Center, Inc. championing Asset Based Community Development in West Dayton Ohio. He is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia where he received a Master’s in Educational Leadership.
